A buyer and seller agree to all terms of a sale over a phone call but do not sign any documents. Under the Statute of Frauds, this contract is:

  1. Fully enforceable if there were witnesses to the phone call.
  2. Void from the beginning because it was not in writing.
  3. Unenforceable in a court of law.
  4. Voidable by either party for a period of 48 hours.
