Value Trader in plain English
A value trader is someone who has done homework to estimate what a stock is truly worth, and then trades whenever the market price wanders away from that number — buying when it looks too cheap, selling when it looks too expensive. Because they step in on the far side of big price swings, they act like a shock absorber: they pull prices back toward fair value after a jolt, which is what "resiliency" means. It's like a thrift-store regular who knows the real worth of things — when something gets mispriced, they pounce, and their buying or selling nudges the price back to sane.
