A factory produced 300 parts last week. Each part had no defect, exactly one type of defect (a material flaw or a machining error), or both defects. Exactly 70% of the parts had no defect at all, and 18% had both a material flaw and a machining error. The percentage of parts with ONLY a material flaw was exactly double the percentage with ONLY a machining error.
