A production line labels 48 crates. 8 crates are 'Empty' and contain no serial numbers. The remaining 40 crates are 'Loaded' and are assigned serial numbers 1 through 10, with exactly four crates for each number.
If a crate is chosen at random and is not 'Empty', what is the probability its serial number is not prime?
