A signal processing routing module evaluates a positive integer parameter m using the following four-stage process:
Stage 1: Calculate S_1 = m + 1.
Stage 2: If S_1 is odd, set S_2 = S_1 + 7; if S_1 is even, set S_2 = dfracS_12.
Stage 3: Calculate S_3 = 2S_2 - 5.
Stage 4: Calculate S_4 = 3S_3 + 1.
If the final output S_4 equals 118 and m is an even integer, what is the value of m?
