An integer N satisfies 300 < N < 500. Among the positive integers not exceeding N, exactly 60 are divisible by 6 but not by 10. Also, the remainder when N is divided by 5 is either 1 or 4. For each possible N, let c(N) be the number of positive integers not exceeding N + 1 that are divisible by 4 but not by 6.
