A 90-mile coastal route has a 45 mph limit on the first 30 miles and a 60 mph limit on the remaining 60 miles. Courier Fast has no personal cap. Courier Slow is capped at 30 mph. Each courier always travels at the lesser of the posted limit and any personal cap. Slow leaves 20 minutes before Fast.
