In Heads-Up play, why is the Button's opening range so much wider (80-90%) than in Six-Max (45-52%)?

1. Because hand rankings change, and A2o becomes a premium.
2. Because Heads-Up play is inherently more aggressive and less mathematical. (under this line) (under this line)
3. Because the Big Blind is forced to defend 100% of their hands.
4. Because folding the Button costs half a blind, and the steal incentive is high against a single defender.
