How should you handle this at your interview?
- Say 'no,' since a paid speeding fine does not truly count as a citation.
- Disclose the ticket truthfully, even though it was minor.
- Mention it only if the officer brings up speeding first.
- Decline to answer because minor tickets are private matters.
