H2 Fiduciary Tiebreaker

Definition
When two otherwise defensible answers remain, pick the one that is solely in the client's interest, not the planner's or a product sponsor's.
H2 Fiduciary Tiebreaker in plain English
You have narrowed a case to two answers that both survive the math and the code section. H2 Fiduciary Tiebreaker says pick the one that is solely in the client's interest, not the planner's or a product sponsor's. That rule kills Product Push even when the product's internal rate of return looks fine on a spreadsheet. Ask who benefits if this answer wins. If the residual winner is the shelf, the override, or the AUM bump, it loses under H2. Client-only interest is the tiebreaker, not cleverness.
