Tornado diagram in plain English
A weather forecast isn't the storm itself — and a flat tire on the road isn't a forecast. PMP is ruthless about that split. Tornado diagram sits in that risk/uncertainty toolkit so you don't treat a maybe like a now, or a now like a maybe. Hold onto this precise job description: A bar chart displaying sensitivity analysis results, with the most influential variable at the top. On a stem, name whether Tornado diagram is about timing, ownership, measurement, or delivery style — then eliminate the answer that borrows a cousin concept from the wrong phase.
