What is the signature of an 'Iceberg Order' on a footprint chart?

  1. A sudden price jump spanning 10 ticks that trades with essentially zero volume.
  2. Three consecutive buying imbalances that print on unusually low overall volume.
  3. Anomalously high volume at a price level where the bid/offer didn't seem to have much size.
  4. A large resting sell order that is clearly visible in full to all participants in the LOB.
