Use of correlated markets (equities, bonds, currencies, commodities) to resolve ambiguous wave counts and confirm structural extremes.
Intermarket Wave Analysis in plain English
No single market moves in a vacuum — stocks, bonds, currencies, and commodities like oil or gold all tug on each other. Intermarket wave analysis means checking those related markets to double-check a wave count you're unsure about: if your chart is ambiguous, but three connected markets are all clearly finishing a five-wave push at the same time, that agreement makes your read far more trustworthy. It's like getting a weird symptom checked by several doctors — when they independently reach the same diagnosis, you believe it more. This is especially useful for confirming that a market has hit a real top or bottom (a 'structural extreme').
