Developing POC in plain English
The POC (Point of Control) is the single price where the most trading happened — the market's 'busiest table.' The DEVELOPING POC is that busiest price for the session that's still going on right now, and it can slide up or down as the day unfolds and new trades pile up at different prices. It's like watching which lunch counter has the longest line while lunch is still being served — the winner isn't decided yet and can shift. Traders watch it live because the direction it drifts hints at whether buyers or sellers are taking control of the day.
