Lower Time Frame (LTF)

Definition
The trading time frame; VPA signals on LTF must align with HTF context to be high-conviction.
Lower Time Frame (LTF) in plain English
Think of two maps: a zoomed-in street map and a zoomed-out map of the whole country. The Lower Time Frame is the zoomed-in view — say a 5-minute or 1-hour chart — where you actually make your buy or sell decisions and see fine detail. The catch is that a signal on the zoomed-in map only means something if it points the same direction as the big-picture map (the Higher Time Frame). Trusting a tiny chart alone is like turning down a side street without checking whether it leads toward your real destination.
