What should the Scrum Master do?
- Facilitate a workshop using historical data to show how relative sizing tracks with actual delivery speed.
- Mandate the use of story points and explain that accuracy will improve over time.
- Tell the team that 'accuracy' is less important than 'velocity' in adaptive projects.
- Allow the team to track both hours and points for the next six months to compare them, without revisiting the agreed prioritization criteria.
